Our Fees in Detail

General

Fees set out on this page relate solely to our charges for the Claims Pursuit service, and do not cover any additional products or services offered by JetJustice.

Free claim submission

JetJustice claims pursuit services are free of charge until compensation is received from the airline. Applicable fees are typically automatically deducted from your compensation before your portion is transferred to you.

Standard Fee

Our standard fee for a successful claim is 35% of the total claim amount. For example:

  • JetJustice recovers $520 without initiating legal proceedings. 35% of the recovered money ($182) will be retained as JetJustice’s fee, while 65% of the recovered money ($338) will be transferred to you.

 

Legal Fee

Our legal fee is charged on successful claims that included legal proceedings (as defined by any activities outside of our standard templated process, examples of which include but are not limited to taking an airline to court, or escalating the matter to a consumer protection body) is 15% of the total claim amount. For example:

  • JetJustice recovers $520 on a claim that required the initiation of legal proceedings. 50% of the recovered money ($260) will be retained as JetJustice’s fee (35% standard fee, plus 15% legal fee), while 50% of the recovered money ($260) will be transferred to you.

 

Value Added Tax (VAT)

VAT is established by law and will be applied according to applicable laws.
